We work hard, but it’s a relaxed atmosphere.

People actually get along with each other, and not in an ‘Office’ kind of way.

The people are one of the main reasons this business has been successful, along
with the fact that we’ve managed to free up our minds to concentrate on our clients.

To achieve this, we developed our own operating system that takes a myriad of small tasks off our hands, minimises human error by imposing a series of checks and balances, making everything as easy and efficient as possible.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, and constantly survey our clients
to ensure we’re living up to our own exacting standards.

We’ve also created a core set of values to help guide us, and underlying everything
of course, is our passion for cars. Even our internal awards are vehicle related.

Le Mans Award and the Autopian of the Year

In 1923, the Automobile Club of the Sarthe decided to organise a race that would test around the clock endurance. Originally called the Grand Prix of Endurance, the most prestigious car manufacturers in the world have vied for a win ever since. Held annually at Circuit de la Sarthe in France, it's now called The 24 Hours of Le Mans, and it's the world's most famous sports car endurance race.

To win requires a supreme individual feat, combined with the support of a great team. The monthly Autopia Le Mans Award embodies the spirit of this legendary race. It's a peer nominated award that recognises not only outstanding results, but also the manner in which they were achieved.

The Autopian of the Year award goes to the individual who has consistently overachieved. It's a management decision, and goes to the team member who best represents our core values.
