We get along, but not in an ‘Office’ kind of way
It’s our people who make us successful, and we know that. We do everything we can to keep our employees happy, and the fact that nobody seems to leave means we must be doing a good job!
Although we’ve been around for over ten years, the entrepreneurial spirit is still alive and well. We’re empowered to make our own decisions, success is celebrated and failure isn’t the end of the world. As Henry Ford himself said “Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently”.
We’re an equal opportunity employer and actively promote gender diversity through our partnership with UN Women, so we’re acutely aware of the benefits of diversity in all its forms. At last count we had over 14 different nationalities working here.
We work hard, we work smart, we have a healthy work life balance and our offices are pretty cool too. If you think that’s something you’d like to be part of, let us know.
And underlying everything of course, is our passion for cars. Even our internal awards are vehicle related.
Le Mans Award
In 1923, the Automobile Club of the Sarthe organised a race that would test around the clock endurance. Originally called the Grand Prix of Endurance, the most prestigious car manufacturers in the world have vied for a win ever since. Held annually at Circuit de la Sarthe in France, it’s now called The 24 Hours of Le Mans, and it’s the world’s most famous sports car endurance race.
To win requires a supreme individual feat, combined with the support of a great team. The monthly Autopia Le Mans Award embodies the spirit of this legendary race. It’s a peer nominated award that recognises not only outstanding results, but also the manner in which they were achieved.
The Autopian of the Year
This goes to the individual who has consistently overachieved. It’s a management decision, and goes to the team member who has best lived our core values.
