Servicing and repairs authorisation

All servicing and repairs have to be pre-approved. This means the money comes out your Autopia account, not your own pocket, and also prevents a mechanic from ‘over-doing’ a repair. All work needs to be carried out in line with manufacturer requirements to protect your warranty. Please also make sure the centre uses genuine parts, and your service book is stamped.

Fuel

Use your fuel card to fill up and we’ll pay for it. Cards can be used for fuel, and oil. Nothing else. Let us know if you lose your fuel cards, and we’ll replace them.

Vehicle reimbursements

For whatever reason, if you pay for a legitimate vehicle repair or servicing expense yourself, you can request that the money be reimbursed. If sufficient funds are available in your Autopia account, the money will be credited into your nominated bank account within 10 working days.
