Driver Portal New Features

Your driver portal now has even more features to take the pain out of paperwork and give you more time driving the car you love. From viewing your transactions history, to seeing all your documents and accessing your claims online, here’s a quick ‘how to’ so that you can self-service.

Claims

Access your claims online

First, login to your online driver portal

On your dashboard, you’ll see the Claims section where you can submit a new claim and your recent claims (for the past 30 days)

To submit a new claim:

1. Select your vehicle
2. Upload the tax invoice
3. Under ‘Expense Details’:

  • Enter the transaction date,
  • Select a category from the drop-down list
  • Add a description for your claim
  • Enter the claim amount including GST

4. Submit your claim

To view your most recent claims:

Click on ‘Recent Claims’. You’ll find:
– claims submitted for approval
– claims that have been approved in the previous 30 days.

Transactions History

Access your transactions history and current balance online

Want to view your transactions history? Here’s how:

  1. Login to your online driver portal
  2. On your dashboard, under the ‘Vehicles’ section, you’ll see “Transactions History”. Your transactions history is sorted from most recent to least recent.
  3. You’ll find your live balance is under ‘Your Details’ at the top of the page.

Historical Documents

Access your historical documents online

Here’s how you can view all your documents online:

  1. Login to your online driver portal
  2. On your dashboard, under the ‘Vehicles’ section, you’ll see ‘Historical Documents’.
  3. You can view all the documents (e.g. monthly budge reports) related to your vehicle here, all in one spot.
