Driver Portal Features
Your driver portal now has even more features to take the pain out of paperwork and give you more time driving the car you love. From viewing your transactions history, to seeing all your documents and accessing your claims online, here’s a quick ‘how to’ so that you can self-service.
Access your claims online
First, login to your online driver portal
On your dashboard, you’ll see the Claims section where you can submit a new claim and your recent claims (for the past 30 days)
To submit a new claim:
1. Select your vehicle
2. Upload the tax invoice
3. Under ‘Expense Details’:
4. Submit your claim
To view your most recent claims:
Click on ‘Recent Claims’. You’ll find:
– claims submitted for approval
– claims that have been approved in the previous 30 days.
